Application privacy

Minimum data, controlled purpose.

RM Intelligence collects the information needed to review institutional research access, administer membership, reconcile approved payments and protect the service.

This notice is an operational summary for Committee and owner review. It should be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which RM Intelligence and its applicants operate before broad public promotion.

Data collected

Name, business email, firm, country, role, intended user count, requested plan, research-use description, application status, access events, contract/invoice references and payment-provider identifiers. RM Intelligence does not store card or bank details.

Purpose and access

Records are used for application review, fraud and security controls, entitlement administration, billing reconciliation, audit and legal obligations. Owner-only controls protect application and membership records.

Providers

Approved payment providers process payment details on their hosted systems. Licensed market-data providers supply display fields but do not receive investor account credentials through this integration.

Retention and requests

Declined applications, inactive sessions and obsolete event records should be removed according to an owner-approved retention schedule. Applicants may request access, correction or deletion subject to legal and audit obligations.
