How to read this. "Standby" means a backup or on-demand component that is not needed right now. The MT5 bridge only matters if the primary price feed fails, and the model rebuilds the next time a member uses it. Weekly and monthly series (CFTC, CPI) are operational while their latest release is current, not only on the day it is published.
