Decisions you make are yours alone.
Prices come from third-party feeds and may be delayed, indicative, or wrong, and may differ from your broker's. Account figures are periodic snapshots, not a live feed, and are not a statement of account. Your broker's own records are authoritative in any disagreement.

Desk data — positions, journals, rationales, votes, account figures — is confidential. Do not republish it outside the desk.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this console or reliance on anything it displays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
